The AI Team concept
Imagine being the president of a company. You don't do everything yourself: you have a team of specialists, each with unique skills. An AI Team works exactly the same way โ specialized agents coordinated by an intelligent Team Leader.
Step 1: Identify your needs
Before configuring your team, understand what you need. What tasks take the most time? What activities require skills you don't have? Where could quality improve? What processes are repetitive?
Step 2: Choose your agents
MAI Team offers 15 specialized agents. Choose those most relevant to your work โ content agents for writers, developer agents for coders, business agents for entrepreneurs.
Step 3: Configure the Team Leader
The Team Leader coordinates all other agents. Train it on your preferences by being explicit about communication tone, report detail level, and autonomy boundaries. The long-term memory system learns progressively.
Step 4: Define workflows
A workflow is a sequence of actions the team executes for recurring task types. For example, a blog post workflow: Research โ Outline โ Draft โ SEO optimization โ Review. What would take 3-4 hours manually gets completed in 15-20 minutes.
Step 5: Optimize and iterate
Provide specific feedback, create templates for recurring tasks, monitor performance through the Activity Monitor, and update preferences as your work evolves. In a few weeks, your AI team will become a natural extension of how you work.
